Wat wij niet doen

• Geen reacties: bezoekers kunnen geen reacties plaatsen.
• Geen contactformulier: u bereikt ons per e-mail.
• Geen analytics: we gebruiken geen Google Analytics of vergelijkbare analysetools.
• Geen verkoop van gegevens: persoonsgegevens worden nooit verkocht aan derden en worden uitsluitend voor bedrijfsdoeleinden gebruikt.

Welke gegevens wij verwerken en waarom

1) Nieuwsbrief (Mailchimp)

Gegevens: naam (optioneel) en e-mailadres.
Doeleinden: versturen van nieuws en updates over onze activiteiten.
Rechtsgrond: toestemming (art. 6.1.a GDPR). U kunt die intrekken via de unsubscribe-link in elke e-mail.
Verwerker: Mailchimp (Intuit). Zie hun privacyverklaring voor details.

2) Inschrijvingen & betalingen voor activiteiten

Gegevens: identificatie- en contactgegevens (bv. naam, e-mail), facturatiegegevens, noodzakelijke betaalinformatie (verwerkt door de betaalprovider).
Doeleinden: administratie van inschrijvingen, uitvoering van de overeenkomst, klantenbeheer, facturatie en boekhouding.
Rechtsgrond: uitvoering van de overeenkomst (art. 6.1.b), wettelijke verplichting voor boekhouding (art. 6.1.c) en ons gerechtvaardigd belang bij fraudepreventie en bedrijfsvoering (art. 6.1.f).
Ontvangers/verwerkers: betaal-/bankproviders, hostingprovider, en eventuele boekhoudpartners.

3) Technische & beveiligingsgegevens

Gegevens: technische loggegevens (zoals IP-adres, user agent) en beveiligings-/foutlogs (beperkt tot wat nodig is).
Doeleinden: beveiliging, foutopsporing en continuïteit.
Rechtsgrond: gerechtvaardigd belang (art. 6.1.f).

Cookies

We gebruiken uitsluitend functionele en noodzakelijke cookies die nodig zijn voor de werking van de site en, indien van toepassing, het afrekenen/inschrijven. Indien u zich aanmeldt of afrekent via een module van derden, kan die module noodzakelijke sessie- of voorkeurcookies plaatsen. U kunt cookies beheren via uw browserinstellingen; sommige functies werken mogelijk niet zonder cookies.

Ingesloten inhoud van derden

Artikelen kunnen ingesloten inhoud bevatten (bv. video’s, afbeeldingen, posts). Ingesloten inhoud van andere websites gedraagt zich alsof u die site rechtstreeks bezoekt en kan eigen cookies/trackers plaatsen. Raadpleeg de privacyverklaring van die derde partijen.

Met wie wij uw gegevens delen

• Hostingprovider: junda.nl
• Nieuwsbriefverwerker: Mailchimp
• Betaal-/bankproviders: voor het verwerken van betalingen
• Boekhouding/administratie: indien van toepassing

Met verwerkers sluiten we indien vereist verwerkersovereenkomsten en voorzien we passende waarborgen. Bij doorgifte buiten de EER (bv. Mailchimp) zorgen we voor beschermingsmaatregelen zoals EU-standaardcontractbepalingen.

Bewaartermijnen

• Nieuwsbrief: tot uitschrijving of stopzetting.
• Inschrijvingen/betalingen & facturatie: conform wettelijke bewaarplicht (typisch 7 jaar).
• Technische beveiligingslogs: zo kort als mogelijk en niet langer dan noodzakelijk.
• E-mailcorrespondentie: zolang nodig voor opvolging en overeenkomst, conform wettelijke termijnen.

We hanteren tevens de standaardbewaartermijnen van WordPress voor noodzakelijke systeemdata.

Uw rechten

U heeft recht op inzage, rectificatie, gegevenswissing (voor zover wettelijk toegestaan), beperking van verwerking, overdraagbaarheid, bezwaar (tegen verwerking op basis van gerechtvaardigd belang) en het intrekken van toestemming (nieuwsbrief). Neem contact op via hallo@heiko.team. We kunnen u vragen uw identiteit te verifiëren.

U heeft ook het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (België) indien u meent dat wij onrechtmatig verwerken.

Beveiliging

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen, waaronder HTTPS, automatische updates, minimale gegevensverwerking en toegangsbeperking, back-ups en monitoring. Geen enkele online dienst kan absolute veiligheid garanderen; meld mogelijke problemen via hallo@heiko.team.

Doorgifte buiten de EER

Wanneer verwerkers buiten de EER gegevens verwerken (zoals mogelijk bij Mailchimp), voorzien wij passende waarborgen conform de GDPR (o.a. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Wijzigingen

We kunnen deze verklaring aanpassen bij wijzigingen in diensten of wetgeving. De meest recente versie staat op deze pagina. Bij substantiële wijzigingen informeren wij u passend (bv. via e-mail of banner).

What we do not do

• No comments: visitors cannot post comments.
• No contact form: you can reach us by email.
• No analytics: we do not use Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
• No data sales: we never sell personal data and use it solely for business purposes.

What data we process and why

1) Newsletter (Mailchimp)

Data: name (optional) and email address.
Purposes: sending news and updates about our activities.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email.
Processor: Mailchimp (Intuit). Please see their privacy notice for details.

2) Event registrations & payments

Data: identification and contact details (e.g. name, email), billing details, and necessary payment information (processed by the payment provider).
Purposes: managing registrations, performing the contract, customer administration, invoicing and accounting.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation for accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interests in fraud prevention and business operations (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Recipients/processors: payment/banking providers, hosting provider, and accounting partners where applicable.

3) Technical & security data

Data: technical logs (such as IP address, user agent) and security/error logs (limited to what is necessary).
Purposes: security, troubleshooting and service continuity.
Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

We only use functional and necessary cookies required for the site to operate and, where applicable, for checkout/registration. If you sign in or complete payment through third‑party modules, those modules may place necessary session or preference cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser; some features may not function without cookies.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, posts). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited the other website and may set its own cookies/trackers. Please consult that third party’s privacy notice.

Who we share data with

We enter into data processing agreements where required and ensure appropriate safeguards. Where data is processed outside the EEA (e.g., by Mailchimp), we rely on protections such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention periods

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or we discontinue the service.
• Registrations/payments & invoicing: in line with statutory retention obligations (typically 7 years).
• Technical security logs: as short as possible and no longer than necessary.
• Email correspondence: as long as needed for follow‑up and contract performance, in line with legal time limits.

We also follow WordPress’ standard retention for necessary system data.

Your rights

You have the right to access and obtain a copy, to rectification, to erasure (where legally permitted), to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object (to processing based on legitimate interests), and to withdraw consent (newsletter). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority if you believe we process your data unlawfully.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS, automatic updates, data minimisation and access controls, backups and monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please report issues to hallo@heiko.team.

Transfers outside the EEA

Where processors handle data outside the EEA (as may be the case with Mailchimp), we ensure appropriate GDPR safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice due to changes in our services or the law. The latest version is available on this page. For material changes, we will notify you appropriately (e.g., email or banner).
